Easy Gluten-Free Chicken Wrap
Ingredients
- 1 cup chicken chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup carrots chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
- butter lettuce
- 1/4 cup banana peppers
- 1 tbsp peanut satay sauce
Instructions
- Heat pan
- Add oil
- Saute Onions for 3 minutes
- Saute carrots 5 minutes
- add seasoning if desired
- Layer Gluten-free wrap with Peanut Satay Sauce
- add a layer of lettuce
- add chicken mixture
- Fold all together in the Gluten-Free wrap and enjoy with your favorite chips.
