One of my favorite drinks I like to have before starting my day or at the start of my work is a Hot cup of Chocolate milk. Because it’s usually a little chilly in the morning, and there is something about the way the warmth goes down and warms my body.

When I make Hot Chocolate, I use Cacao powder.Cacao is a Superfood, says “Dr. Joseph Amagada.” Cacao is the raw form of dark chocolate. Health lines says it, “May Reduce High Blood Pressure, Lower Your Risk of Heart Attack and Stroke, and Polyphenols Improve Blood Flow to Your Brain and Brain Function.

The best way to have your ingredients ready is to take them out the night before and place them in a familiar place. Then, grab your food supplies, cooking utensils, your favorite mug and get busy. All you need is your Cacao powder, milk, chocolate chips and whip cream.
