- 1 capful cacao
- 1 capfil protein powder
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp flax oil(optional)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water

When I wake at the dawn of the day my favorite drink to get me started is a smoothie. Cacao happens to be one one of my favorite. I can make so many different drinks using chocolate. This banana chocolate smoothie happens to be one that I fall back on each time I do not feel like thinking of a new recipe. I can have this for breakfast, lunch and dinner. When I workout I have this as well because of the protein powder. It help you to feel full but you are still able to work out not stuffed. I also add a little oil, it has so many health benefits.
