Gluten-Free Tuna Salad
A light delightful dish to go well with afternoon tea.
Ingredients
- 1 pack
tuna - 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp kale flakes
- 1 handfull mixed greens
- 2 tbsp egg, gluten, dairy free mayonnaise
Instructions
- Add tuna to a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, pepper, kale flakes to tuna and mix well.
- place mixed lettuce in a plate.
- Top with the tuna mixture.
- Enjoy.
