banana peppers

peanut satay sauce
Instructions
Heat pan
Add
oil
Saute Onions for 3 minutes
Saute carrots 5 minutes
add seasoning if desired
Layer Gluten-free wrap with
Peanut Satay Sauce
add a layer of lettuce
add chicken mixture
Fold all together in the
Gluten-Free wrap
and enjoy with your favorite chips.
