Easy Gluten-Free Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup carrots chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • butter lettuce
  • 1/4 cup banana peppers
  • 1 tbsp peanut satay sauce

Instructions

  • Heat pan
  • Add oil
  • Saute Onions for 3 minutes
  • Saute carrots 5 minutes
  • add seasoning if desired
  • Layer Gluten-free wrap with Peanut Satay Sauce
  • add a layer of lettuce
  • add chicken mixture
  • Fold all together in the Gluten-Free wrap and enjoy with your favorite chips.
